How to use Eroxon®

Eroxon®’s unique topical gel is quick and easy to use and can be applied by the person with erectile dysfunction, or their partner

Who can use Eroxon®?

Eroxon® is suitable for adult men who have erectile dysfunction (ED). It is clinically proven to be effective for men with ED, whether psychological or organic (or mixed), and in mild, moderate, and severe cases.

Eroxon® has no known drug interactions and is therefore suitable for men who are taking certain medications contraindicated for use with oral PDE5i’s, such as nitrates for cardiovascular disease. In its guidance on the use of oral PDE5i’s the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) states that they should not be prescribed to men taking nitrates.1.

There are a few instances when Eroxon® is not suitable

ED can be an early indicator of serious underlying health problems. For this reason, Eroxon®’s labelling encourages men to have a check-up with their doctor (within the first six months of starting to use Eroxon®) to investigate whether their ED is caused by an underlying condition.

Eroxon® is not suitable for men who:
– Are allergic to any of the ingredients.
– Have been advised by a doctor to avoid sexual activity.
– Have any disease or deformity of the penis.
– Have irritation, redness, or soreness of the penis, or where the skin appears damaged or broken.

How to use Eroxon®

Eroxon® gel is supplied in single dose tubes. One single-dose 0.3ml tube of Eroxon® gel is intended for a single intercourse attempt.

The gel is massaged onto the glans of the penis for 15 seconds just prior to intercourse.
